Payment, Shipping, Returns

Payment – All transactions are in Canadian dollars.

PayPal:
In order to accept all credit cards and bank account payments, we use the PayPal shopping cart. You do not require a PayPal account in order to shop with us. PayPal will give you the option to set up an account or directly make your payment after you check out.

Pick-up:
If you wish to pick up your order, please email to info@theninetyninthmonkey.com with your order and we will email you an invoice without the shipping fee.

Domestic Shipping:
Shipping fees are automatically added upon checkout.  Tracking information is available at your request.  Insurance on your order is recommended, available at your request and at your expense.  We ship our packages via Canada Post Regular Mail. Items are shipped as soon as possible unless otherwise advised but can take up to 15 business days to arrive.   NOTE:  Once your order leaves our store and enters the postal system, we are no longer responsible for how it is handled; which is why we strongly recommend purchasing insurance.

International Shipping:
Shipping fees are automatically added upon checkout.  Tracking information is available at your request.  Insurance on your order is recommended, available at your request and at your expense.  We ship our packages via Canada Post Regular Mail. Items are shipped as soon as possible unless otherwise advised but can take up to six (6) weeks to receive.   NOTE:  Once your order leaves our store and enters the postal system, we are no longer responsible for how it is handled; which is why we strongly recommend purchasing insurance.

Custom orders:
All custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before delivery/upon pick-up. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on custom orders. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the completion of your order(s).

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately of the reason and we will attempt to resolve your issue.  In the event we are unable to resolve your issue:
• Item(s) must be returned within one week of your receipt.
• Item(s) must be in the same condition as they were received – including all original packaging.
• A gift card for the full refund, less shipping costs, will be issued upon our receipt of your returned item(s).
• All shipping fees are non-refundable  – this includes return shipping costs which are at your own expense.
